Objectives:

- Company vision and mission and objectives
- General Administration Selection and Recruitment
- LMS-based upskilling of personnel
- Maintaining and organising personnel records
- Establish internal management communication and procedures, including email management.
- Payroll (salaries and compensation)
- Attendance monitoring
- Employee well-being
- Grievances and complaints
- Site office administration
