I need any fresher or experienced candidate who can hire me short listing profiles and taking introductory call with candidate.
I can give a good amount for each selected candidate.
Your responsibilities
1. Identify candidates with the required skillset from your network, LinkedIn or any other place
2. Take introductory call to see the interest and required qualification
3. I will take next round and share his CV to my team mate for further interview process.
4. Once this person accept offer I will give your amount you owe. ( If this candidate withdraw offer, you will have to return it )
