- HR Policies drafting
- Conduct HR interview
- Maintain Records
- Payroll Management
- PF and ESIC management
- Attendance and Leave Management
- Org. Structure management
- Trainings Management
- Connect Education Institutes and Drive Industry – Academic collaboration
- Social Media Page Management

Requirements:

- Quick Learner
- Should be fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati
- Communication skills and networking ability
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good in social media handling
- Excellent communication and people handling skills
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Should be able to handle work independently
