Looking for a Human Resource team to assist with operations

Hi,

I am looking for an individual or team of individuals to help be our agency's HR department. You will part part of our team and working on an ad hoc basis.

I am open to all countries but preferably Asia (philippines, indonesia, malaysia) or Europe.
English must be at a good level (no spelling or grammar mistakes)
