Looking for Full-time freelancer recruiters based in India -- 2

Flexible work hours
• 30-40 hours a week required. Considering candidates who can work at least 6-8 hours a day during the weekdays(M-F)
• Cannot consider candidates who are employed full-time elsewhere and can only take this opportunity as part-time.
• Please apply only if you meet the above criteria and have 2-3 years of experience in consulting or In-house recruiting.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Must be located in INDIA
• Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in recruiting especially BFSI.
• Must have recruited candidates in emerging technologies like Mobile Development & Cloud, Marketing, BFSI, etc.
• Having Non-IT recruitment experience is a plus.
• Experience in Head Hunting / proactive recruiting is an added advantage.
• Should be available for a minimum of 30 hours a week (Monday-Friday)
• Should be comfortable in interviewing candidates over a video (google meet)
• Good documentation skills.
