I’m looking for an experienced HR professional who can step in and run video interviews for our logistics operation. The focus is narrow and clear:
• Screen and interview candidates applying for Warehouse & Inventory Management and Administration & Support roles.
• Use a reliable video platform—Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar—to conduct each session.
• Provide a concise evaluation for every applicant that summarizes fit, strengths, and any red flags.
I will supply the job descriptions, résumés, and scheduling details. You simply host the call, probe for core competencies, and send back your brief notes so we can decide on next-round moves.
This assignment is ideal for someone who already interviews regularly and can deliver a professional candidate experience without extensive onboarding or complex reporting.
