I’m looking for an HR partner who can take a full-cycle approach to filling several full-time roles. The job descriptions still have to be drafted, so we’ll start by shaping concise, compelling copy that matches the skills and culture we need. Once the descriptions are approved, you will publish the ads on my LinkedIn company page, manage the incoming applications, and keep me updated on progress.
After the first screening, I’d like you to build a clear shortlist, schedule video interviews, and conduct those interviews yourself. I expect structured interview notes and a ranked recommendation so I can make final decisions quickly.
