We are a dynamic recruitment firm seeking a Candidate Qualification Specialist to conduct initial candidate screenings for our clients in the aerospace sector. You will be responsible for evaluating approximately 20-30 candidates, with each qualification session lasting around 25-35 minutes. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting calls to qualify candidates, informing them about the recording and obtaining verbal consent.
- Asking structured questions provided by us to assess candidate suitability.
- Introducing candidates to our aerospace client and presenting key role details.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in recruitment or HR, with strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to conduct efficient, professional, and engaging calls to assess candidate qualifications.
This role has the potential to transition into a rolling monthly contract if performance aligns with expectations.
