Job Application Assistant for Tech Sector

I'm looking for a reliable freelancer to apply to tech and software engineering jobs on behalf of our clients on job boards including LinkedIn, Indeed, and Dice.

What You'll Do

- Apply to software engineering and tech roles on US job boards on behalf of our clients
- Tailor each application using the client's provided resume and cover letter templates
- Track all applications submitted (job title, company, date, link) in a shared spreadsheet
- Meet a defined daily or weekly application quota per client
- Communicate progress and flag any issues promptly

Requirements

- Experience applying to US tech jobs (LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, or similar)
- Attention to detail — each application must match the client's profile and the job requirements
- Comfortable using spreadsheets to log and track activity
- Reliable, responsive, and able to meet daily targets

Nice to Have

- Native English speaker
- Background in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition
- University degree (any field)

Compensation

Paid per application submitted and tracked. Volume bonuses available for strong performance. Details discussed with selected candidates.
