HR Interview Specialist for Logistics Company

We are Extreme Shipping GmbH, a Germany-based logistics company with over 10 years of experience. We are looking for a professional HR Interview Specialist to assist us in screening candidates, conducting interviews, and providing honest, structured feedback about applicants.

Responsibilities:

Conduct online interviews with shortlisted candidates.

Assess applicants’ communication, skills, and suitability.

Share clear and unbiased feedback with our HR team.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

Prior experience in recruitment/HR or interviewing candidates.

Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus).

Professional, fair, and detail-oriented approach.

Ability to provide honest and constructive feedback.
