India-Based Tech Recruiter Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking for a seasoned technical recruiter in India who can quickly build a solid pipeline of iOS and Android developers for our growing product team.
What I need you to do
• Draft concise, compelling job ads that highlight our need for native iOS (Swift, Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin, Java) expertise; cross-platform experience with React Native or Flutter is a plus.
• Source talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals—any channel that delivers high-calibre engineers in India.
• Screen incoming applications and proactively reach out to passive candidates, short-listing only those who meet the technical bar and fit our collaborative culture.
• Hand off an organised, annotated shortlist to our hiring managers, who will take over from initial interviews onward.
Success looks like 8–10 qualified profiles per role, each accompanied by your brief on technical strengths, notice period, compensation expectations, and any red flags.
