Human resource partner

I'm looking for an experienced Human Resources partner to help with the recruitment and hiring for my growing business. I don't have a dedicated HR team yet, so I'm looking for someone who can take charge and manage the process from start to finish. I need to hire more than 70 people, so somebody with the ability to manage high volume recruiting would be greatly appreciated.
