Human Resources Staffing Coordinator in India - Fulltime - 3 months
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We are looking for a Freelance HR coordinator with strong communication and a background in onboarding.
It's a remote role, the freelancer should be based in India.
This is a client facing role and you will be working closely with freelancers, internal and external stakeholders to submit profiles, coordinate interviews, initiate background checks and push for timesheet submissions.
Experience in recruiting is an added advantage but the weightage is more towards the back office.
Must have good knowledge and experience in creating and maintaining reports (Excel / Googlesheets)
We are looking for a dedicated resource, who can work only for us.
Expecting online/Offline support from 10am to 6pm IST, whereas the workload will be around 30 hours a week.
Duration: 3 months to start with.
Pay: You will be paid a daily rate instead of hourly. (Please mention your expectations in your bid)
