Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage potential candidates for various property management roles.
Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial candidate screenings, schedule interviews, and assess suitability for open positions.
Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and refine job descriptions.
Job Posting & Employer Branding: Advertise open positions across job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract top talent.
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidate qualifications and match them with job requirements.
Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job posting platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
Experience in the property management or hospitality industry is a plus.
This is a contract-based role with flexible hours.
