Human Resources Need
Budget: $50 – $150 USD
I’m at the stage of recruitment where strong, insightful interviewing will make the difference between an average hire and the right hire. I’ve already sourced and screened the candidates; now I need a seasoned HR professional who can step in, conduct the actual interviews, and help drive the final selection decision.
Here’s exactly what I expect:
• Conduct structured video or phone interviews with the shortlisted candidates, drawing on proven behavioral and competency-based techniques.
• Capture clear, concise notes and an objective score or rubric for each interview.
• Deliver a short-listed recommendation with your rationale, highlighting any red flags or standout qualities you observe.
• Coordinate with me on scheduling and any follow-up questions that arise, keeping the process smooth for candidates and efficient for us.
Experience in recruitment, interviewing and selection is essential, as is the ability to represent our brand professionally during every candidate interaction. If assessment tools such as structured scorecards or standardized behavioral questions are already in your toolkit, even better—bring them along.
I plan to move quickly once the interview phase begins, so availability and prompt communication will be key. If this sounds like a fit, I’m ready to share candidate profiles and kick things off.
