I am seeking an aged care experienced HR professional to assist us with establishing and implementing an effective HR strategy that achieves:
- All HR functions (currently paper based) are software-driven, automated and consistent. We want to ensure that we have access to all relevant documentation at a click of a button, reporting is accurate and informative and that that the system is really easy to use. It is likely that we will deploy the onboarding function in Humanforce and so experience deploying this or similar software is required.
- We have a positive and supported staff culture with clear delegations and accountabilities.
- Efficient workforce aligned to AN-ACC and maximizes star ratings.
- Experience with outsourcing functions overseas and/or employee sponsorship would be valuable.
- You must be fluent in English, and have a comprehensive understanding and experience with Australian HR law and award interpretation.
We have 170-180 staff.
