WE ARE HIRING – SUPPORT WORKERS FOR FOREIGN WORKERS IN ISRAEL
Our organization is looking for caring and responsible foreign workers currently living in Israel to join a paid emotional support program for foreign workers affected by the stress and trauma caused by the recent war in Israel.
This position is flexible and can be done from home or after your regular working hours.
Job Responsibilities:
- Listen and provide emotional support to foreign workers
- Speak with workers through phone or web calls
- Help people feel supported during difficult situations
- Communicate in a calm, respectful, and professional way
Requirements:
- Currently living and legally allowed to work in Israel
- Good English speaking skills
- Age 55 or below
• Academic degree (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred)
- Good listener with patience and empathy
- Able to use smartphones, video/web calls, and basic technology
- Stable internet connection is an advantage
