HR & Hiring Manager

We are seeking an applicant for the position of Human Resource (HR) Manager, a 100% remote (part-time) role.

This position will be responsible for the following:
- Creating position documentation, job postings & shortlisting applications
- Onboarding of new staff, which includes payroll setup and new accounts for email, Harvest, Slack, et al.
- Creating role descriptions for our existing team members
- Coordinating payroll each week and approving timesheets for payment
- Creating and updating an organization chart with current employees;
- Developing employment policies when necessary


Qualifications:
- Looking for someone who is fun to work with, understands how to implement processes to make teams run better
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or in other jobs with communication skills applied.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and be flexible to changing circumstances

Preferred:
- Knowledge and experience in the software consulting industry.
- Education in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field
