HR Headhunter needed to source qualified candidates
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for some help in sourcing qualified candidates in the healthcare industry. I have a TON of additional positions to fill so this can be a long term commitment!
Scope of Assistance:
Headhunting: Locating eligible candidates aligned with the job description and specified locations.
Candidate Engagement: Confirming candidates' interest in the positions and facilitating the application process by providing the application link.
Upon candidate confirmation of the application, another team will oversee the subsequent steps in the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Specific qualifications are required for these positions
- The virtual assistant should have experience in sourcing candidates for healthcare positions, i.e Registered Nurses, Nurse Practioners, Physicians, and Physical Therapists.
- The virtual assistant should have a strong network and knowledge of the healthcare industry
- The virtual assistant should be familiar with LinkedIn and Indeed Recruiting
The ideal virtual assistant for this project would have:
- Strong networking skills and connections
- The ability to source and screen candidates based on specific qualifications and experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
