We are looking to hire experience headhunter and recruitment assistance for candidate in the Asia region based on the following requirements.
- Positive attitude, proactive and creative in exploring avenues to source for potential candidates.
- Responsible personality and take initiatives to follow through with potential candidates .
- Conduct interview and engage with suitable candidates based on the requirements.
- Craft questions based on the requirements to assessment candidates.
- Able to review candidates’ applications and assess whether they meet requirements to be considered for the position and recommendations.
- Able to search updated sourcing techniques and job portals for suitable candidates.
- Must be able to speak and write in English fluently.
- Must be willing to travel to meet and interview candidates in post COVID-19.
