Graduate Recruiter
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m looking for a recent graduate to handle the very first step of our hiring process—recruiting and screening applicants for entry-level Human Resource Management roles.
What you’ll do
• Review incoming résumés in Google Sheets or a similar tracker.
• Apply the simple scorecard I provide and flag any mismatches.
• Deliver a concise daily shortlist with contact details and one-line notes on why each profile was selected.
At this stage the work is limited to recruiting and screening candidates only; interviews and onboarding may follow later if we work well together. Accuracy, clear communication, and a genuine interest in HR will make you stand out.
