German Employment Verification

Before finalising several hires, I need each candidate’s employment history in Germany corroborated. Your task is to speak directly with their former employers and confirm two points only: the exact job titles held and the precise start-to-finish dates for every role listed on their CV.

I will supply you with the candidates’ consent forms, contact details of the companies, and a simple template for recording outcomes. After each verification, send me a brief written report that includes:
• the employer contacted,
• the person spoken to,
• confirmation (or contradiction) of the title and dates,
• any additional comments they volunteered, and
• time-stamp of the call or email.

The information must be gathered in compliance with German privacy regulations, so please log consent notices and keep all raw notes confidential. Native-level German and professional telephone etiquette are essential; familiarity with German HR procedures is a bonus.

Turn-around per candidate: 48 hours once their details are provided. Let me know your availability and how many cases you can handle concurrently.
