German & Dutch Culture Coaching
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I’m onboarding several international colleagues into both Germany and the Netherlands and need an HR-savvy professionals who can demystify how things really work on the ground. The coaching must cover either or cultures in equal depth, weaving together the do’s and don’ts that matter at work and in daily life.
Core topics I’d like you to tackle are workplace etiquette (hierarchies, meeting style, punctuality, holiday norms), social customs (small talk, networking, after-work gatherings) and communication norms (directness, feedback style, email tone, use of titles). I’m picturing interactive sessions delivered live over Zoom or Teams, with practical examples, role-play scenarios, and a short take-away guide participants can revisit later.
To make sure we’re a good fit, please focus your proposal on your relevant experience: tell me where you’re currently based, outline your HR or training background, and share a brief success story of helping newcomers adjust to German or Dutch environments. No lengthy project plans are necessary at this stage—just enough to show you’ve done this before and can hit the ground running.
Deliverables I expect:
• A concise session outline for a three-part programme (workplace, social life, communication).
• Live coaching sessions (60–90 minutes each) scheduled over 1-3 weeks.
• A printable one-pager of key do’s and don’ts per culture.
Once we agree on the flow, we can fine-tune time zones and participant numbers together. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right coach.
