Experience minimum 3years in IT FIELD.
Fluent Japanese language.
We need Qualified IT job seekers .. The qualification criteria is
-Native or N2 level in Japanese language
(Foreigners must have a valid work visa minimum for one year )
-Experience minimum 3 years in the field

Responsibility
interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks.
Source and pre-screen passive candidates utilizing tools such as email, cold calling, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
Build and maintain the company’s talent pool.
Track day-to-day sourcing activity in applicant tracking and candidate relationship management systems and report it on a daily bas
Work on both common and niche positions.
Build strategies on target companies.
