Freelancer HR

You will have the opportunity to draw on your extensive knowledge of Technical / Non-technical recruiting and will forge dynamic relationships with stakeholders. You will perform candidate generation, candidate assessment and interview preparation, HR operations.
Location : Delhi NCR | Noida
Roles & Responsibilities:
You have to line up a candidate for an interview
Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Sourcing Potential candidates from Job board
Screen candidates to evaluate if they meet the position requirement
Taking a telephonic and preliminary round of interviews.
End to End follow-ups with the candidate
Engaging with candidates/ offer management / pre-onboardings
