Freelance Technical US Recruiter Needed
Budget: ₹600 – ₹800 INR
We are looking for a Freelance Technical US Recruiter to source and place top IT talent in the US market. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who excels in full-cycle recruitment, understands IT roles & technologies, and has expertise in W2, C2C, 1099, and H1B hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and qualify IT professionals using job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage candidate pipelines.
- Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Ensure compliance with US hiring practices and maintain ATS records.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of US IT recruitment experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT skills, sourcing strategies, and Boolean searches.
- Experience with ATS platforms (Bullhorn, JobDiva, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and align with US time zones.
