Freelance HR Recruiter 50$ per month (Remote / Work From Home)

We are a growing manufacturing company in Thailand and we are looking for an experienced Freelance HR Recruiter to support our hiring needs on a remote basis.
This role is fully work from home. The freelancer will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Actively search for and attract suitable candidates using online platforms, databases, and personal networks
Create and publish job advertisements
Screen CVs and applications
Conduct initial interviews (online or phone)
Evaluate candidates and prepare shortlists
Coordinate interviews with company management
Follow up with candidates and manage communication
Support onboarding preparation (documents, basic HR coordination)
Maintain organized recruitment records and reports
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or HR Freelancer
Strong interview and candidate evaluation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles at the same time
Excellent communication skills in English
Experience with recruitment for manufacturing, construction, or technical roles is an advantage
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
