Freelance HR Recruiter Needed – Jewellery Sales Hiring (India + Dubai)

Description:
We are a jewellery manufacturing company looking for an experienced freelance HR recruiter who can hire B2B jewellery sales professionals across multiple locations.

Roles to Hire:
• Silver Jewellery Sales – 3 positions (Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai)
• Gold Jewellery Sales – 2 positions (Delhi & Hyderabad)
• Diamond Jewellery Sales (Dubai Market) – 1 position

Requirements:
• Must have experience hiring in gold/silver/diamond jewellery industry.
• Must source, screen, interview, and share verified candidates daily.
• Conduct one weekly meeting for updates.
• Monthly review of hiring progress.
• Continue recruitment until all positions are successfully filled.
• If a candidate fails or leaves, continue hiring immediately.

Daily/Weekly Tasks:
• Daily sourcing & shortlisting
• Calling & screening candidates
• Arranging interviews
• Weekly progress call
• Monthly performance review

Goal:

Hire stable, qualified, experienced jewellery sales staff for all positions. Recruitment should continue until the right candidates join
