Freelance HR Manager & Recruiter
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need an HR professional who can take full ownership of hiring and managing remote talent on Freelancer for our active pipeline of projects. The immediate focus is to bring in mid- and senior-level Developers, Designers, and Content creators, then guide each hire through screening, structured interviews, and a smooth onboarding process into our Slack and Trello environment.
From drafting engaging job ads to running competency-based interviews over Zoom and coordinating first-day logistics, every step of the funnel should be handled end to end. Success here is measured by the quality and speed of placements as well as the new team members’ ability to hit agreed milestones once they are inside the project workspace.
Deliverables
• A vetted shortlist (3–5 people) for each open role, with interview notes and skill assessments
• Final hiring recommendation and signed agreement on Freelancer for every approved candidate
• Completed onboarding checklist covering access to repositories, documentation, and communication channels
Acceptance criteria
1. All roles must be filled within the agreed timeline while meeting our mid/senior skill benchmarks.
2. Each new hire must clear a one-week probation review based on performance and communication.
3. Project documentation, interview notes, and onboarding records remain updated in our shared Drive.
