Freelance Human Resource / Recruiter (Short-Term Project)
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
We are looking for an experienced and proactive freelance Human Resource professional or Recruiter to support a short-term international recruitment project. The successful candidate will help source and identify top talent for our client based in Portugal.
Responsibilities
1. Identify, source, and screen candidates to meet client requirements.
2. Coordinate initial interviews and manage communications with the candidates.
3. Maintain candidate databases and provide regular progress updates.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
2. Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
3. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
4. Strong communication, organization, and networking skills.
5. Open to candidates with any relevant HR or recruitment-related qualifications.
