Expert Interviewer for Service Recruitment (SPEAK SPANISH - REMOTE)

We are looking for a professional with excellent presentation skills, strong communication abilities, and solid HR background to conduct recruitment interviews for our service company.

The work dates will be from April 1st to June 30th. The salary is paid monthly.

The ideal candidate will have experience in direct interaction with people, analytical skills to evaluate profiles, and professional judgment to differentiate between high-potential candidates and those who are not a good fit. We are looking for a kind of operational headhunter, focused on identifying genuine talent through brief, structured interviews.

Main Responsibilities:

- Conduct individual interviews of up to 15 minutes per candidate, following a structured guide provided by the company.
- Apply HR criteria to evaluate attitude, skills, commitment, and suitability for the position.

- Identify inconsistencies, red flags, and key strengths in each profile.

- Prepare a clear and comparative report after each day of interviews.

- Maintain professional and organized communication with the internal team.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (candidate's local time)
Equivalent to 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM Spain time (CET)

15-minute break at 11:30 AM (candidate's local time)

Total: 25 hours per week

Requirements:
✔ Speak native spanish.

✔ Excellent presentation and communication skills.

✔ Experience in customer service, sales, recruitment, or customer relations.

✔ Strong HR skills (profile assessment, competency analysis, behavioral analysis).

✔ Ability to identify talent and differentiate between suitable and unsuitable candidates.

✔ Punctuality, responsibility, and commitment to a fixed schedule.

✔ Reliable internet connection, professional webcam, and microphone.

Desirable: Previous experience in recruitment or selection.
