Experienced CTO Recruiter Needed

I’m ready to bring a Chief Technology Officer on board for my technology company and need a recruiter who can deliver the right person, fast. The mandate is clear: pinpoint and place a CTO who will oversee product development while drawing on deep, hands-on expertise in software development, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.

You’ll handle the full life-cycle search—from shaping the role profile through to negotiating the offer—using your own networks, targeted head-hunting, and any modern sourcing tools you trust. I’ll provide prompt feedback on candidate submissions so you can keep momentum high.

To keep expectations transparent, the placement fee is A$1,500 and is released in full once the successful candidate signs. If you prefer milestone splits (e.g., shortlist, interviews, acceptance), I’m open to structuring it that way.

Deliverables I need from you:

• A curated shortlist of 3–5 pre-qualified candidates with résumés and your assessment notes
• Coordination of interview schedules and reference checks
• Support through offer negotiation until the CTO formally accepts
