We are seeking executive search support for two senior leadership positions for our group in Riyadh:
1. Chief Commercial & Brand Officer
2. Chief Strategic Partnerships & Growth Officer
Both roles are Group-level executive positions reporting directly to the Group CEO. The first role focuses on commercial strategy, revenue growth, brand architecture, marketing, sales, customer experience, and commercial performance across the group.
The second role focuses on strategic partnerships, high-value client acquisition, VVIP / HNW / UHNW relationships, project and tender origination, supplier exclusivity, franchise / agency opportunities, and relationship-driven growth.
We are looking for a headhunting partner with strong experience in Saudi Arabia and the GCC, especially in executive-level recruitment for luxury retail, furniture, interiors, real estate, hospitality, commercial growth, and strategic partnerships. Candidates must be able to work in Riyadh.
