Entry-Level Screening Specialist Needed
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a reliable partner to keep our recruiting pipeline moving smoothly by handling the first touch with applicants. You will focus on entry-level screening tasks so my recruiters can concentrate on the later stages of hiring.
What you’ll do
• Scan new resumes against each job’s stated must-haves and nice-to-haves.
• Run brief phone or video screens to confirm experience, communication style, and cultural fit.
• Summarize every conversation in Breezy with crisp, actionable notes for the hiring manager.
• Flag top prospects, archive clear “no” decisions, and keep everyone else accurately tagged so no candidate is left wondering.
• Book follow-up interviews and coordinate calendars with the team when a candidate advances.
Tools & traits that matter
• You’re already comfortable navigating Breezy or can master it quickly.
• Strong organizational skills keep your queue tidy.
• Excellent communication skills let candidates feel heard and respected even in short calls.
Success looks like a consistently up-to-date ATS, prompt hand-offs to recruiters, and candidates who describe their first interaction with us as professional and engaging. If you’re ready to become the friendly first voice of our hiring process, I’d love to hear how you’ll make it happen.
