Entry-Level Sales Recruiter Needed
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
We are looking for an experienced recruiter to help us find and relocate a nanny/housemaid from the Philippines to the UAE, ensuring full legal compliance and smooth onboarding.
Responsibilities:
• Source and screen qualified candidates (Filipina nannies/housemaids with experience, references, basic English or Arabic preferred).
• Verify documents and background of selected candidates.
• Communicate job expectations and relocation details to the candidates.
• Manage the entire process end-to-end: from initial selection to arrival in the UAE.
• Handle all legal and administrative tasks: employment contract, visa, work permit, medical, etc.
• Coordinate with local agencies in the Philippines and UAE if needed.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in international recruitment, especially in placing domestic workers from the Philippines to GCC countries.
• Solid knowledge of UAE labor and immigration procedures for domestic workers.
• Familiarity with POEA (Philippine Overseas Employment Administration) processes is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
• Highly organized, reliable, and capable of working independently.
