I need a small, organised team that can take a base résumé, adapt it precisely to each vacancy’s stated requirements, and then submit the application on the candidate’s behalf. The focus is strictly on entry-level positions in technology, healthcare, finance and even e-commerce, so every résumé you return must speak to those sectors’ keywords and ATS filters.

Here is how we’ll work together:
• You receive the target job link and baseline résumé.
• You rewrite and re-format the résumé (and brief cover note) so it mirrors the posting’s skills and language without sounding templated.
• You lodge the application through the employer’s portal or job board and record the submission.
• I release payment only when the application converts to a scheduled interview, so quality and relevance matter more than volume.

Please include in your bid a concise summary of your experience running high-volume, multi-industry application campaigns and any tools you routinely use (LinkedIn Easy Apply, Indeed, Taleo, Workday, etc.). If you already track submissions in a shared spreadsheet or CRM, mention that as well.
