Entry-Level HR Recruiter Needed

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our recruitment efforts, playing a pivotal part in sourcing, interviewing, and securing top talent for our organization.

What You'll Do:

Source & Attract Talent: Use job boards, social media, and referrals to identify and engage with prospective candidates.

Screen & Interview: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates to ensure the best fit.

Coordinate & Collaborate: Schedule interviews and work closely with hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process.

Deliver a Great Experience: Ensure every candidate has a positive, seamless experience throughout their journey with us.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’ll be engaging with candidates and team members alike.

The ability to organize, multitask, and manage a variety of recruitment activities.

Comfortability in using job boards and social media to find talent.

Prior experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, but not required. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are what matter most!
