Entry-Level HR Recruiter Assistant Needed
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I’m looking for an energetic self-starter who can help me keep our hiring funnel moving. Your two core duties will be straightforward: first, sift through incoming applications to spot promising talent, and second, guide each selected candidate through a smooth onboarding experience so they feel welcome from day one.
You don’t need prior HR experience or fancy certifications; I value sharp attention to detail and a genuine interest in people more than anything else. If you already know your way around HR software that’s great, but it’s not a must—willingness to learn on the go is fine.
Hours are completely flexible, and the compensation is ₹10,000–₹15,000 in hand plus performance-based incentives. Freshers and career-changers are encouraged to jump in; I’ll provide the structure and coaching you need to grow.
