Employee Comms specialist to revamp the look feel and communication style of policy

Hi - am seeking a review of the attached policy and a revamp of the look/feel to make the document more visual, a friendlier style for employees. I will also be seeking some pull outs from this policy and additional work to redesign application forms etc.
