I am looking for a recruiter or HR consultant who can provide expert advice and guidance on ATS features and recruitment tactics in goal to improving applicant tracking systems (ATS). Furthermore, I am offering $15 for this project.


Specific Aspect to Improve:
- Applicant tracking: I am particularly interested in optimizing the way we track and manage applicants throughout the recruitment process.


ATS System Preferences:
- Open to recommendations: While we have an existing ATS in place, we are open to exploring other options and would greatly appreciate expert advice on selecting the most suitable ATS system for common needs.
