This would entail helping us build a schedule for staff that are journalists to help cover breaking news at odd hours.
Looking for HR consultant or perhaps a former newsdesk/newsroom journalist/editor type.
We will provide our goals, structure and questions.
We will need a short written plan and some Q&A. Shouldn't take more than a few hours.
