HR Consultant US Based
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
We are a small team of highly experienced UK based recruiters and HR consultants looking for an HR Consultant in the USA to offer and deliver HR services to private businesses operating in the USA.
What you will help us with
• Offer People Director’s services to US private companies, banks and financial services organisations;
• Find clients and facilitate closing contracts;
• Deliver recruitment and HR services;
• Build a successful portfolio of long-term clients.
Terms
• Remote, home-based
• Minimum 4-8 hours per week during the probationary period of 1 month
• Full-time permanent after successful completion of the probationary period followed by a pay increase, bonus and incentive scheme
• Based in the US
Remuneration
• Fixed hourly rate
• Sales commission
• Bonus for exceeding project KPIs
