* Design job architecture across business and technology functions
* Develop job families, career levels, and progression framework
* Create competency framework for all levels
* Design career paths and internal mobility guidelines
* Build succession planning methodology for critical roles
* Recommend talent review and potential assessment framework
* Align framework with future growth plans
Prefer someone to work based out mumbai office 3 times a week
