Conduct an Interview for Personal Assistant Applicants

Looking to hire an interviewer or HR professional in the UK to conduct 1–2 interviews for a Personal Assistant position. The ideal interviewer should be able to assess candidates' experience with complex calendar management across multiple time zones, travel coordination, scheduling, logistics, confidentiality, stakeholder communication, and high-level administrative support.
Responsibilities of the role being interviewed for include managing detailed schedules, coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations, organizing meetings, handling confidential information, resolving scheduling conflicts, anticipating needs, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
