Comprehensive HR Setup & Policy Development

As a business in India, I'm seeking a proficient HR consultant to establish our HR and recruitment processes from the ground up. This task will involve:

- Creating new HR and recruitment policies.
- Ensuring all policies are legally compliant with Indian laws and practices.
- Advising on the applicability of PF , ESIC and other provisions
- Ensuring adherence to all labour compliance requirements.

A significant part of this project will be drafting a Mobile Phone Usage Policy. Ideally, the consultant should have substantial experience in:

- HR consultancy, particularly in the Indian context.
- Policy creation and legal compliance.
- Leave Policy as per prevalent Industry Practices and laws,
-Use of Personal Devices (Mobile phones, etc) at work place
- Restrictive Policy for use of personal digital devices at Workplace
-Avaialbility and accessibility of personnel after office hours
- Termination and Resignation related Policies and Full & Final Settlements
- Understanding of PF and ESIC applicability.

Please note: While I have mentioned the aspects for the Workplace Policy, it will likely need to cover a Code of Conduct, Safety Procedures, and Remote Work Guidelines. Therefore, experience in these areas will be beneficial.

Mumbai based Consultants having experience of working for Miduim to Large Organisation would be necessary.
