Comprehensive HR Management Support
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
1. Act as the first point of contact for external clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance via phone, email, and social media.
2. Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments and meetings between clients and HR staff or management.
Coordination and Follow-ups:
1. Organize and maintain a client contact database, ensuring information is current and accessible.
2. Coordinate logistics for meetings, including virtual meeting setups, ensuring all parties have the necessary information and resources.
3. Follow up with clients post-meetings to gather feedback, provide additional information, or answer any outstanding questions.
Email Management:
1. Draft and send emails on behalf of the HR department, ensuring messages are clear, professional, and in line with the company's communication standards.
2. Manage the HR department’s email inbox, prioritizing emails, responding to queries, and escalating issues as necessary.
Documentation and Reporting:
1. Prepare and maintain records of client interactions and transactions, tracking activity, and reporting on outcomes.
2. Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external purposes.
Support HR Functions:
1. Assist with HR-related tasks as needed, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
2. Stay informed on the latest HR trends and practices to suggest improvements in client interaction and HR operations.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within an HR context.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
