Comprehensive LinkedIn Profile Construction

I am currently working in Canada and I will be relocating to India very soon. So, I want my resume to be made in a very professional way which includes each and every detail of mine. In addition, I want freelancer to write my resume in such a way that it looks very professional and full of skills. My main concern is getting selected for an interview. I think I am not getting selected for an interview from India because they see that I am in Canada. I want freelancer to write my resume in such a way that it shows that I am in Canada currently but will be relocating very soon to India if I get the job. I also want freelancer specifically from India and I want them to text me so that I can let them know about my experience and education so that they can make my resume in their own way. If possible, I also want them to make my linkedin profile in a very professional way. thank you.
