Commission-Only Offshore Recruiters Needed
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
RKA Recruiting (U.S.-based healthcare staffing firm) is hiring commission-only offshore recruiters to help source and screen:
Registered Nurses (RN)
Allied Health Professionals (Imaging, Respiratory, Lab, Therapy, etc.)
LPNs/LVNs
CNAs / Medical Assistants
Other clinical staff as needed
This is remote work, part-time or full-time, and you can work from anywhere.
We provide all job openings, sourcing tools (if needed), scripts, and training.
You provide the candidate pipeline.
Compensation (Pay-Per-Start Only)
You are paid only when a candidate you sourced starts working for us and completes a short retention period.
Commission payouts:
RN: $300 – $600 per start
Allied Health: $200 – $400
LPN/LVN: $150 – $250
CNA/MA: $50 – $100
Top recruiters can earn $1,500–$3,000+ per month depending on volume.
Responsibilities
Source candidates from job boards, Facebook groups, LinkedIn, etc.
Conduct a short pre-screen: experience, location, availability
Submit resumes in our format
Coordinate interview times (optional but preferred)
Maintain communication with candidates until handoff
You do not need to handle client communication, credentialing, background checks, licensing, timesheets, etc.
RKA Recruiting manages all that.
Requirements
Experience in recruiting, HR, sourcing, VA work, or healthcare hiring (preferred but not required)
Strong English communication
Ability to follow instructions
Reliable internet
A drive to earn commission-based income
If you have hired nurses, caregivers, or any healthcare roles before, that is a major advantage.
