Campus Interview HR Needed -- 2

I am arranging an on-campus placement drive for our Civil Engineering department and need an HR professional who can step in solely to conduct the face-to-face interviews. I will look after resume screening and scheduling; your focus will be the actual interview room—probing each candidate’s communication, attitude, problem-solving approach and overall fit for entry-level civil engineering roles.

We expect well over 20 students, so the day will move quickly. I’ll supply the timetable; you bring a structured question set, an objective scoring framework and the experience to keep the conversations efficient yet thorough. By close of day I will need a concise summary report that ranks candidates, flags any must-hires or red-flags and includes your completed evaluation sheets.
