Campus Ambassador Recruitment Calls
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have a pool of about 90 student applications and need to narrow that down to roughly 20 campus ambassadors. Your task is to step in as my HR recruiter, call each candidate for a short screening interview (phone only, no video or in-person meetings), gauge their fit, and confirm that they can clearly communicate—the single most important quality I’m after.
The ambassadors’ core mission will be to interview and recruit other students for our product, so an ear for persuasive, articulate communicators is critical. After each call I’ll need concise notes, a simple score for communication strength, and your recommendation on whether the candidate advances or is declined. When we reach 20 solid “yes” candidates, your work is done.
Deliverables
• Call and screen up to 90 applicants
• Score and comment on communication skill for each
• Maintain a running shortlist until 20 hires are confirmed
• Provide a final summary spreadsheet with contact details, notes, and status
